Master Plan

Spread across 15 hectares of lush green land along the Terre Rouge-Verdun-Trianon Road (M3) in Côte d’Or, Iremia consists of 194 plots with areas ranging from 110 to 220 toises. The morcellement will be developed as a low-density community with 40% maximum built area. All infrastructure works are already completed.

Terms of Payment
The payment schedule for the purchase of a plot of land at Iremia Cote D’Or is as follows:
a) First Payment: A deposit of 10% be paid at the appointed Notary’s office within 5 working days from issue of Letter of Intent by Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd.

b) Final Payment: Balance of 90% to be paid upon signature of the Deed of Sale with the appointed Notary, within one (1) month after obtaining the Morcellement Permit from the Morcellement Board, by latest 30 April 2024.
